Capri

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026. These terms concern the Capri coming-soon website at getcapri.com.

Website operator

This website is operated by Lou Technologies GmbH, Bessemerstraße 51, 12103 Berlin, Germany, represented by managing director Shayan Zakerzadeh. Contact: shayan@getcapri.com. Company registration and tax details are available in our Imprint.

Purpose of the website

Capri is currently presented through a coming-soon page. Information on this website is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of a launch date or commitment to particular features. Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase, subscription or service contract. Any future services, pricing and contractual terms will be agreed separately.

Responsible use

You may browse this website and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or submit unlawful content. Only send material you are entitled to share.

Content and intellectual property

The Capri name, design, artwork and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website and make copies permitted by law for personal use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party material, including open-licensed fonts, remains subject to its applicable licence.

External links

The contact form and other links may take you to third-party websites. Their operators are responsible for their own content and services, and their terms and privacy information may apply. Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and a functioning website, but interruptions or errors may occur. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law requires it. For ordinary negligence in a breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract; an essential obligation is one necessary for proper performance and on which a contracting party may ordinarily rely. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

German law applies, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of habitual residence. Statutory rules determine jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these website terms as the site develops. Any separate agreement remains governed by its agreed terms. For questions, email shayan@getcapri.com.
