Who is responsible

Visiting this website

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, time of access and error or security information, to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. Technical logs are retained only as needed for hosting, security and troubleshooting, subject to the provider’s retention settings and any legal preservation requirement.

Vercel operates international infrastructure, and data may be processed in the United States or other countries. Its Data Processing Addendum describes applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions. See also Vercel’s Privacy Notice.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

This landing page does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels or load third-party analytics. Its fonts and artwork are embedded in the page. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Contacting us

If you email us or submit our contact form, we process the contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry and communicate with you. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when the enquiry concerns a potential contract with you, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We retain enquiries while needed to respond and manage the related relationship, then delete them unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer storage. Access is limited to people who need the information and service providers supporting communication.

The external contact form

“Get in touch” opens a form hosted by Typeform, S.L., Spain. Typeform is not embedded: your browser contacts it only when you follow the link. If you submit the form, Typeform processes your responses on our behalf. Visiting its website also involves its own technical data and cookie processing. See Typeform’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Its providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States; the agreement describes relevant transfer safeguards. You can email us instead of using the form.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise your rights, email shayan@getcapri.com.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work. Our local authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website or its data processing changes. The date above identifies the current version. Any future product with different data processing will have appropriate additional privacy information.
